Wordle Answer Today’s (April 29, 2022) – Word of the Day #314

Fresh answers to Wordle (Word of the Day) – is something we are constantly working on. We start our morning with Wordle before we even have a cup of coffee to be as relevant to you as possible!
You don’t know what it’s about yet? Wordle is a web-based word game created and developed by Welsh software engineer Josh Wardle, and owned and published by The New York Times Company since 2022. Players have six attempts to guess a five-letter word, with feedback given for each guess in the form of colored tiles indicating when letters match or occupy the correct position. The mechanics are nearly identical to the 1955 pen-and-paper game Jotto and the television game show franchise Lingo.
If you explain in more detail, then Wordle has a very simple concept: to guess the five-letter word in six guesses or less. There are no initial clues as to what the word could be and can be any word in the American English language. This may make it sound like an impossible game, but once you have made your first guess, the tiles containing the letters will change into one of three colours.
Green lets you know that the letter is in the word and has been placed in the correct position. Yellow means that the letter is in the word somewhere, just not where you have currently placed it. If the letter does not appear in the word at all, the tile will change grey, which means you want to refrain from using this letter in subsequent guesses where possible.

What is the Wordle 314 Answer Today? (April 29th, 2022)
Here is how I managed to solve the Wordle 314 word in five guesses again today. First I guessed the word ‘AUDIO’, which showed me that there is an A in the word, but it has not been placed correctly in the word.
The word ‘STAMP’ came to my head next, so I went with this word as my second guess. This was a great word to guess as it showed me that there is an S and T in the word and it also placed the A in the correct position. The next word I guessed was ‘WHATS’ as this word places the known letters in a different position.
This guess showed me that there is also a H in the word, but unfortunately no other letters were placed correctly. I realised I had not checked to see if there is an E in the word, so I guessed the word ‘HEAST’ next as this places all known letters in a different position as well.
This placed the S in the correct position, but there is no E in the word. It also did not place any of the other words correctly. I know that the word has to start with a T as it is cannot be placed anywhere else. The word also has to end in a H as I already know it is not the second letter. This made it very easy to solce the answer to Wordle 314, which is…
TRASH!

Well done if you managed to guess the word correctly today.
