Surreptitious Seven-Star Seal Sundering – How To Unlock & Location

First, teleport near the southwest of Liyue, at the Qingxu Pool teleport waypoint. Then, get to the Chasm entrance as seen in the map screenshot below. You’ll be stopped by two guards, who will tell you to go speak to an NPC called Muning.
