The tinyBuild publishing house and developers from the now Latvian studio Lazy Bear Games (Graveyard Keeper) presented Punch Club 2: Fast Forward as part of IGN Fan Fest 2023, a sequel to their street fighter simulator Punch Club.
The events of Punch Club 2: Fast Forward will unfold in a cyberpunk dystopia: the world is engulfed in corruption, and shells have replaced toilet paper. The plot will unfold 20 years after the finale of the first part in the same city.
Fast Forward is about a fighter whose father mysteriously disappeared before he was even born. Players will have to fight for the championship, reveal the secrets of their family and, perhaps, even become the savior of mankind.
As in life, time in Punch Club 2 is running out forever. To survive and succeed, you will have to plan effectively (including the budget), hit, kick, bludgeon and, if desired, cheat (neuro-training and prohibited software).
Gamers will be able to improve performance, hone techniques and learn new ones, think over tactics, create their own martial arts school, solve crimes, work for the mafia, earn dollars and reputation points.
Promise «a fun adventure with 80s nostalgia and fights»a city full of events and gangs (martial arts schools), an unforgettable story with many references, unique characters and «Gorgeous Pixel Art».
Punch Club 2: Fast Forward is expected to release in 2023 on PC (Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, and Nintendo Switch. Declared support for the Russian language.
