Recall that on February 2, the developers presented two videos on The Day Before on their YouTube channel — 10-minute and 40-second. Since February 12, both have been unavailable due to «trademark infringement complaints».
As it turned out, we are talking about the same dispute over The Day Before trademark (someone registered it in the US before Fntastic), due to which the game page disappeared from the Steam digital store at the end of January.

According to Fntastic, «the so-called owner of the rights» on The Day Before is the creator of a calendar app that has nothing to do with games. Now this person is making contact.
“He ambiguously offers to get in touch with him to discuss something, but what? We will fight. Power is in the truth», — assured in Fntastic. The Day Before trademarked saga continues.

Following this Fntastic announcement notifiedwhich is going to publish a video about the development of The Day Before from 2019 in the near future: «Every day the game gets better».
The Day Before is expected to release on November 10, 2023 on PC, but the game is also confirmed for PS5, Xbox Series X and S. Recently, the creators were suspected of copying Call of Duty and The Last of Us trailers.
