What is the Crosswordle 109 Answer Today? (May 8, 2022)

The Crosswordle 109 puzzle today requires you to fill in five words instead of the usual three as the longer puzzles are released on the weekends. The word we are given at the bottom of the grid today is ‘MOMMY’ and the row above has three green tiles in it. The letters in the green tiles will have to be M, O and Y as these are the letters that are directly underneath.

There is one green tile in the fourth row, which has to be a Y and there are two yellow tiles. The letters in these tiles have to be M and O with the M being the second letter in the word. There are two yellow tiles in the third row, which will have to be either the O, M or Y, making sure you do not repeat the same letter in the column. Looking at all the solutions to this puzzle, it looks like the word ends in ‘OM’.

The first two rows are full of grey tiles, which means you cannot use any letters that have been used in any of the other rows. Here are the words that I used to complete the Crosswordle 109 puzzle today:
