Bloober Team revealed the system requirements of the psychedelic horror film Layers of Fear and announced the imminent release of the demo on Steam

Before the release of the psychedelic horror Layers of Fear, there is very little left, and the developers from the Polish studios Bloober Team and Anshar Studios (Gamedec) are ready to give the game to the gamers themselves to try.

As it became known, next Monday, May 15 at 18:00 Moscow time, Layers of Fear will acquire a public demo on the digital distribution service Steam. The trial edition received a 15-second teaser.
To mentally prepare gamers, the developers also revealed the system requirements of Layers of Fear:
Minimum requirements (1080p, 30fps, low graphics quality, TSR in Balance mode)
- OS: Windows 10 (64 bit, version 1909.1350);
- Processor: Intel Core i5-4690 or AMD Ryzen 3 1200;
- graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 (3 GB) or AMD Radeon RX 580 (4 GB);
- RAM: 8 GB;
- DirectX: 12;
- disk space: 20 GB (HDD, SSD).
Recommended requirements (1080p, 60 fps, high quality graphics, TSR in balance mode)
- OS: Windows 10 (64 bit, version 1909.1350);
- Processor: Intel Core i7-8700K or AMD Ryzen 5 3600;
- graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 (8 GB);
- RAM: 12 GB;
- DirectX: 12;

Ray Tracing Recommended Requirements (1080p, 60fps, High Quality Ray Tracing, TSR in Balanced Mode)

Recommended requirements for 4K ray tracing (2160p, 60 fps, high quality ray tracing, TSR in Balanced mode)

Recall that Layers of Fear is a compilation of the original Layers of Fear (plus Inheritance) and Layers of Fear 2 with additional story chapters, updated gameplay and graphics on Unreal Engine 5.
The release of Layers of Fear is expected in June of this year on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S. Along with information about the demo and system requirements, the authors also presented a cinematic introduction to the game.
