PCGamesN has noticed that Microsoft’s promised new presentation of Bethesda Game Studios’ ambitious space RPG Starfield may be further than fans hope.
Recall that in January, the American platformer confirmed a separate show to demonstrate Starfield. The dates were not named, but Bethesda promised not to delay and announce the release date of the game already “very soon”.
Judging by a recent comment by VaultOfDaedalus, Bethesda Community Manager on Discord, a new Starfield presentation will have to wait, as the company “still” dealing with some issues.
“We will have something to share regarding the demonstration when it is ready. We are still sorting out some things for her. I know you didn’t expect such an answer, but no specifics are hidden. ”— assured VaultOfDaedalus.
PCGamesN journalists suggest that the upcoming Starfield presentation may still be in the planning stage. Once “No specifics are withheld”then Bethesda, quite possibly, has not yet decided on the date of the show.
Earlier it was reported that Microsoft is pushing Bethesda with Starfield. The platform holder allegedly wants to release the game before the end of the current fiscal year, that is, in June, while the developers hope to postpone the premiere until the fall.
Starfield is expected to release in the first half of this year on PC (Steam, Microsoft Store), Xbox Series X and S, and Game Pass (PC and Xbox). According to unofficial information, the project will still be released in June.
